Please note that these guidelines form a key part of your exhibitor agreement. By complying with them, you help us maintain a fair, safe, and productive environment. ⦁ Providers of smart education products and lifelong learning programs
⦁ Only accredited overseas institutions are accepted.
⦁ Institutions must be represented by authorized personnel (professors, advisors, lecturers, or recruitment officers).
⦁ Direct communication with students is required. Third-party recruiters, domestic agencies, and alumni-run agencies are not permitted.

⦁ Apply through the online registration form. Please complete and submit the registration form as soon as possible.
⦁ Upon receipt of the application, the event Management Office will confirm participation and issue an invoice for payment.

Submit delegate details (names, positions, passport copies if visa support is required).
Pay participation fees by the specified deadline.
Provide official marketing materials (brochures, banners, roll-ups, digital content).
Content must be accurate, up-to-date, and reflect genuine programs and fees.
Exhibitors are responsible for setup and removal of materials.
Delegates must maintain professionalism at all times.
Misrepresentation of programs, scholarships, or immigration services is strictly prohibited.
Institutions must respect cultural sensitivities and host country regulations.
Upload brochures, videos, and logos before the deadline.
Ensure stable internet and professional presentation setup.
Delegates are responsible for securing valid travel documents.
Lekkside will provide official invitation letters to support visa applications.
Exhibitors must comply with host country laws and regulations.
Institutions engaging in unethical practices will be disqualified from current and future fairs.
Exhibitor profiles (photos, videos, and brochures) can be uploaded online for visitors to view by clicking the exhibitor list. This helps promote your institution before, during, and after the exhibition.
Each exhibitor is entitled to a free description of their organization (maximum 1,000 characters). Profiles must be submitted through the Exhibitor email. The Organizer reserves the right to edit submissions for clarity and consistency.
Each exhibitor is entitled to four complimentary badges for the tour. Additional badges may be purchased at $20 each.
Each exhibitor will be provided with a table and chairs at the venue. Exhibitors may bring banners, brochures, and roll-ups for display on or around their table.
Exhibitors may ship materials directly to the venue. All customs clearance and delivery arrangements must be handled by the exhibitor
Official invitation letters will be issued within two weeks after submission of the application form and passport copies. These will be sent to the registered exhibitor email.
Lekkside has pre-booked hotel rooms near the exhibition venues for exhibitor convenience. Please contact us for bookings. The hotel reservation deadline is September 20, 2025. Late bookings will depend on availability. Exhibitors may also book independently through platforms such as Booking.com.
Lekkside Education Fair reserves the right to accept or decline exhibitor participation to maintain the quality and reputation of the event.
