About the Fair
Kigali International Education Fair 2027 provides a strategic platform for international institutions to connect directly with qualified students, parents, and key education stakeholders across Rwanda and the East African region. Our goal is to connect international higher education providers with academically qualified and financially prepared students who are ready to explore study opportunities and begin their applications on the spot.
Thursday, February 24 – School Engagement Day
Meet prospective students before the fair
- 14:00–16:30 PM: Guided visits to selected secondary schools.
Friday, February 26, Kampala International Education Fair
- 9:00–10:00 AM: Exhibitor registration and booth setup.
- 10:00–10:30 AM: Opening ceremony and institutional introductions.
- 10:30–13:30 PM: Student recruitment exhibition session
- 13:30–14:00 PM: Networking lunch.
- 14:00–15:30 PM: Student recruitment exhibition session
- 16:00–17:00 PM: refreshment Networking Session with Embassies, Agency & Private schools Owner Session presentation.

Business Schools, University, College, and Vocational programs.
What Is the Lekkside International Recruitment Program?
Lekkside provides fair venues for institutional representatives to meet over 1,200 qualified students, parents, and agents involved in recruiting students for Diploma, Bachelor’s and master’s programs. The itinerary allows enough time around the fairs to conduct your institutional business and arrange external appointments.
Who Should Attend?
Your institution should be represented by an admissions officer, faculty member, or administrator. You are encouraged to invite local alumni and parents to join you at the fair.
What About Displays?
Each institution will be provided with a table at each fair. You may use the following display items: a table drape with your school logo, inquiry cards, brochures, photo albums, a battery-powered laptop for presentations, Standing rollup banner, and branded merchandise for gifts. Please note: This is tabletop display only.
What Does The Fee Cover?
The fee covers fair venue costs, Access to a robust platform, Leads Generated, and as well as marketing and promotional activities.
