Virtual fairs

The same small room, from wherever you are.

Four regional online fairs each season. Three to eight institutions, live admissions representatives, one-to-one conversations. Not a recorded talk, not a slide deck — the same format as our in-person fairs, held online.

First, a clarification

This is not a webinar

We used to call these webinars, and it undersold them badly. A webinar is one person talking at an audience. A virtual fair is a room you walk into, with institutions you choose to speak to, one at a time.

What it is not

A webinar

  • One presenter, one direction
  • Questions typed into a chat box, most never answered
  • Generic information you could have found on a website
  • No way to be assessed or make an application
  • Recorded, so nothing depends on you being there

What it is

A live fair, online

  • Three to eight institutions, each with their own session
  • Face-to-face video conversations with admissions staff
  • Answers specific to your grades, budget and target intake
  • Documents reviewed live, and offers made where you qualify
  • Application fees waived, exactly as at an in-person fair

Step by step

How a virtual fair runs

Step 01

Register free

Choose your regional fair and tell us your level and study interest. You will get a joining link by email.

Step 02

Pick your sessions

You will see which institutions are attending before the day, so you can plan who to speak to first.

Step 03

Join and talk

Enter from a phone or laptop. Speak one-to-one with each representative, in turn, live on video.

Step 04

Apply on the day

Share documents in the session. If you meet the requirements, an offer can be issued the same day.

2026 season

The regional fairs

Each fair groups nearby countries, so the institutions attending are the ones actively recruiting from your region — and the timing suits your time zone.

Who it is for

Two ways to take part

Students and parents

If you cannot travel

Same opportunity, without the journey.

  • Free to attend, from a phone or laptop
  • Speak to every institution attending, one at a time
  • Application fees waived, as at an in-person fair
  • Offers issued on the day where you qualify
  • Parents can join the same session

Institutions

Alongside the season, not instead

Virtual extends your reach into markets you cannot justify flying to.

  • Reach four regions without leaving campus
  • No visas, flights, hotels or shipping
  • Same capped format, three to eight institutions
  • Student details captured digitally for follow-up
  • Priced separately from the in-person city fairs

Before the day

What you will need

Deliberately light. We know data is expensive and connections are not always reliable, so nothing here needs a fast link or a powerful device.

A device

A phone is fine. No app to install — sessions run in your browser.

A connection

Video works on 3G. If it drops, switch to audio only and stay in the session.

Your documents

Certificates and transcripts saved as photos or PDFs on the device you join from.

Somewhere quiet

Headphones help. Sessions are one-to-one, so representatives can hear you clearly.

Questions

About virtual fairs

Students & parents

Yes, exactly like our in-person fairs. Registration is required, and you will receive a joining link by email.

The regions guide which institutions attend and what time the fair runs, but you can register for whichever regional fair suits you best.

Yes. If you meet the entry requirements and can share your documents during the session, a representative can issue a letter of offer the same day.

No. Sessions are live one-to-one conversations, so there is nothing to watch back — you need to attend on the day.

Rejoin with the same link. If video will not hold, switch to audio only and continue that way.

Institutions

Virtual fairs are quoted separately from the $1,500 in-person city fee. Contact the team for the current schedule and rates.

Yes. The same three-to-eight limit applies, for the same reason — students need to be able to reach everyone in the room.

Registration data for students who attend your sessions is exported to you after the event, in line with what attendees have consented to.

Honestly, no. Virtual extends reach into markets you cannot travel to; the in-person fairs consistently convert better. Most institutions run both.

Students & parents

Next fair opens in August.

Western Africa on 20 August, then Southeast Asia, Latin America and the Gulf through September and October.

Institutions

Add four regions to your season.

No visas, no flights, no shipping — and the same capped format you would get in Lagos.
