For students and parents

Meet the universities themselves, not an agent in between.

Sit down with admissions representatives from schools, colleges and universities abroad. Ask what you actually want to ask. Get assessed on the day. It costs nothing.

Step by step

What actually happens on the day

These are small rooms — a hotel function space, a handful of institutions, and students who came prepared. Nobody is fighting through a crowd.

Step 01

Register online

Pick your city, tell us your level and what you want to study. You will get a QR code by email.

Step 02

Arrive with documents

Bring your certificates and transcripts. Show your QR code at reception — no printing needed.

Step 03

Talk to every institution

With only a few in the room, you can speak properly to all of them. Ask about fees, entry requirements and scholarships directly.

Step 04

Apply on the spot

If you meet the requirements, representatives can assess you there and issue a letter of offer before you leave.

Why come

Six things you cannot get from a website

01

One-to-one counselling

A real conversation with someone from the institution — not a chatbot, not a form, not a middleman.

02

Application fees waived

Apply at the fair without paying the usual fee. Across several institutions, that adds up quickly.

03

Offers on the day

Representatives can assess your documents and issue a letter of offer while you are standing there.

04

Scholarship conversations

Ask about grants, discounts and full scholarships directly. The person answering is the person who decides.

05

Priority processing

Applications started at a fair are flagged by the institution and move faster than a cold online submission.

06

Support afterwards

Our team follows up on applications, visa requirements and what you need to prepare next.

Come prepared

What to bring — and what not to bother with

The students who leave with an offer are almost always the ones who brought their paperwork. It takes ten minutes to get ready the night before.

Bring these

Originals or clear copies.

  • Your registration QR code, on your phone
  • WAEC / NECO / KCSE or equivalent certificates
  • Academic transcripts and statements of result
  • Degree certificate, if applying for postgraduate study
  • International passport, or the data page
  • A notebook — you will be given a lot of information

Do not worry about these

Common misconceptions we get asked about.

  • Printing your invitation — the QR code is fine
  • Arriving at opening time — come any time in the hours listed
  • Paying anything — entry and application are free
  • Having finished your exams — you can attend while studying
  • Knowing exactly what you want — that is what counselling is for
  • Dressing formally — smart casual is completely fine

For parents and guardians

You are paying for it. You should be in the room.

Studying abroad is one of the largest financial decisions a family makes. Come and ask the difficult questions yourself — about total cost, accommodation, part-time work rules, safety and what happens after graduation.

  • Speak to representatives directly about fees and payment plans
  • Understand visa requirements before any money changes hands
  • Verify that an institution is accredited and recognised
  • Compare destinations honestly, side by side

Please note

  • Every attendee registers individually, including parents
  • Children under 13 do not need their own registration
  • Confirmations are personal and non-transferable
  • You will be asked for your code at reception

Two minutes

Register for your city — it is free.

Tell us your level, what you want to study and where. You will get a QR code by email.

Not sure yet

Read up on your destination first.

Where students from your country are actually going, and how the numbers are moving.
