Most fairs sell you footfall. We cap the room instead.

A 200-booth mega-fair reports impressive attendance figures, then leaves you competing for the same students as everyone else on the floor. We take the opposite approach.

Flat fee of $1,500 per city. Exhibit in one, or build a regional run across several in a single trip — the October fairs are scheduled consecutively for exactly that reason.

The rules

Who can exhibit — and why we police it

The reason students trust these fairs is that they know who they are talking to. We enforce that strictly, and it protects your investment as much as theirs.

Eligible to exhibit

—Accredited overseas high schools and boarding schools
—Colleges and universities
—Pathway and foundation providers
—Technical and vocational institutions
—Embassies and government education bodies
—Student service providers

Not eligible: third-party recruiters, domestic agencies and alumni-run agencies. Direct institution-to-student communication is required.

Agent policy

—Agents must be registered with us at the time of booking
—Only the institution name may appear on booth signage
—No agent business cards, flyers, brochures or bags
—No agent uniforms or logos worn at the fair
—Institutions are responsible for their agents’ compliance

Lekkside reserves the right to remove non-compliant agents from any fair.
