Every fair is capped at three to eight institutions, so students can speak properly to all of them. Free for students; $1,500 per city for exhibitors.

The institutions differ slightly by city, but every fair runs the same format and the same free entry. If you cannot travel, take the regional virtual fair instead.
Institutions
The October fairs run back to back from Lagos through Abuja, Accra, Nairobi, Lusaka and Harare, with intercity transfers included. One trip, several markets.
Everyone
Rooms are capped by design, so places genuinely run out. Exhibitor early bird fees are due by 31 August.
Students & parents
Choose your city, bring your documents, and apply on the day with fees waived.
Institutions
Around fifty pre-counselled students each, arriving with documents ready.
